Objectives:
Ramadan’s objective in life is to change the world in a better, positive and an efficient way. I believe that we all need that someone who can bring the best out of us, and I truly trust that I can be that someone for some people as well as for some organizations.

Job Roles:
Storekeeper:
As a storekeeper, I was assigned to receive all the new shipments, wholesale deliveries as well as arranging the stockroom according to the category of each item. This allowed the sales team to speed up their replenishment, which eventually increased the sales.
Sales Associate:
As a sales associate, I was assigned to provide the customers with the highest level of services in order to reach their satisfaction and deliver their requirements. This was implemented by undergoing several trainings. I was also assigned to achieve a certain target of sales based on each month’s target.
Trainer:
- As a trainer, I was in-charge of training and developing all the new employees when it comes to the Product Knowledge as well as the Brands’ elements

Job Roles:
Universe Specialist:
- Preparing schedules for the section team
- Reporting to the Universe Manager the daily operating process
- Recommendation of trendy items
- Conducting a market study to ensure proper product availability as well as appropriate price range
- Ensure that the products are being replenished and displayed according to the guidelines
- Ensure that the delegated targets along with the KPIs are being achieved
- Suggestion of any changes or occasional events in order to prepare an action plan accordingly
- Ensure that the stockrooms are being well organised to ease up the process of replenishment for the sales team
- Ensure that the process of receiving the shipment is being implemented according to the company’s operating procedure (scanning, checklist, variances etc.)
- Recommend to the Universe Manager the top seller items to ensure their availability
Universe Manager:
- Ordering the section’s products
- Ensure that the season budget is not being exceeded
- Staff appraisal
- Conducting a commercial policy every season to be aware of any updated factors that might need an action plan
- Conducting an internal and external SWOT analysis to be aware of the shop’s market position
- To ensure that the expenses are being controlled in order to achieve the required EBITDA
- Negotiate with local suppliers with subjects related to the margin, agreement and payments
- Conducting a daily meeting with the team members to discuss day-to-day operations
- Conducting a weekly meeting with the shop team to delegate the weekly forecast
- Conducting a yearly calendar to cover all the important occasions that will have a positive impact on the shop
- Offering external customers a privilege proposal that will benefit their organization
- Buying from local suppliers within the required budget
- Analysing, evaluating and controlling all the shop’s KPIs to ensure the maximum productivity
